Our Classic Bouquets are usually available for same-day deliveries, and only require a minimum of 2 days advance notice.
Our Classic Bouquets are made with seasonal fresh flowers, meaning we arrange our Classic Bouquets with whatever is seasonal with the farms!
We match the seasonal flowers to the colour scheme of our classic bouquets.
With our Designer Bouquets, we may not be able to offer same-day deliveries as some Designer Bouquets require very specific flowers.
If you require same-day delivery for our Designer Bouquets, it is best to contact us prior to ensure we have the available flowers. -
For same-day deliveries, please ensure your order is in before 11am.
Same-day orders require a +$5 surcharge as this is what the courier charges.
For next-day deliveries, please ensure your order is in before the end of our working hours.
Should the order be placed after our working hours - it counts as “same-day” order and we will require the $5 same-day fee prior to processing the bouquet for delivery. -
1827 Boutique specializes in fresh flowers, and the longevity of fresh cut flowers vary depending on the type of flowers. It also varies based of the customer's care, temperature, and placement as flowers are highly sensitive to their environment.
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with the freshest products - typically, our fresh flowers can last 7 to 10 days when properly cared for. However, certain flowers will have shorter vase lives while others have extended longevity, some beyond 2 weeks.
Some of our arrangements are arranged in floral foam, and it is best to note that they may have a shorter lifespan.

Bouquets:
Most of our bouquet arrangements contain a water bag to ensure the flowers are kept as fresh as possible until arrival. We highly do not recommend the bouquets be stored overnight as we are unsure of the condition of your home.
Please do not tilt the bouquet - Otherwise the water will spill from the top.
Please put them in a vase ASAP.
Keep them out of direct sunlight/heat to avoid wilting.
Boxed Arrangements:
All boxed arrangements are arranged with foam inside. You will find a small space in the middle of the arrangement that allows you to pour a small (1/4 cup) amount of water in there every 2-3 days.
Please do so gently as pouring water at a fast pace may cause leaking.
Please keep them out of direct sunlight/heat to avoid wilting.

We are solely an online based business. Therefore, pick-ups are not available. However, with the rising cost of the economy, we understand the importance of providing the best customer service to you.
While pick-ups are not available, we offer free delivery to Vancouver and Richmond.
Other cities will require delivery fee and you can see more information here.

We pride ourselves in offering FREE delivery to Vancouver & Richmond!
We also deliver to other cities at additional costs:Burnaby - $15
New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver - $25
Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Delta - $30
White Rock, Maple Ridge, Langley - $50
Additionally, if you want same-day delivery, we offer a surcharge of +$5 on top of regular delivery fee as the courier company will require this surcharge.
All same day deliveries must be ordered before 11am. -
Deliveries can be done 7 days a week, between 10am to 6pm on our standard flat-rate delivery.
While we are closed on statutory holidays, deliveries can be accommodated if we are given advance notice. Please contact us for confirmation.
Standard Flat-Rate Delivery:
NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE REGARDING THE TIMEFRAME ON OUR STANDARD FLAT-RATE DELIVERY.
We cannot guarantee a specific time frame. We work closely with our couriers and we appreciate your understanding that we are only one of their many clients for delivery service.Your delivery will arrive by 6pm latest. If you do not receive your order past 6pm, please contact us directly and we will get in touch with our driver(s).
Expedited Delivery (Priority or Rush):
Please enter your desired timeframe during check-out. If you select the priority option, you may choose to enter a 2 hour window time frame. If you select the rush option, you may choose to enter a 4 hour window time frame.Please keep in mind deliveries can only be done within the 10am to 6pm window.
(ie: 10am to 12pm, 11am to 2pm, 10am to 2pm, etc.)Due to traffic, weather conditions and unforeseeable delays, delivery time may be later than usual. However, our couriers will try their best to deliver your flowers in a timely and safe manner.

Yes! We are pleased to offer expedited delivery options during check-out in addition to our standard flat-rate options!
We offer two expedited services:
- Priority (within 2 hours)
- Rush (within 4 hours)Please enter your desired timeframe during check-out when you select expedited delivery options.
Please keep in mind during busy holiday seasons, such as Valentine's & Mother's Day & Christmas, only flat-rate standard deliveries will be available.

Weddings:
We offer floral designs for bridal bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and small arrangements.
Unfortunately, we no longer offer providing wedding arches or providing huge arrangements.Sympathy:

All inquiries relating to events must be first consulted with 1827 Boutique via our custom order form. 1827 Boutique will work 1:1 with you for all events!

Because all our bouquets are one-of-a-kind, we will appreciate at least 2 days notice, as this allows us enough time to source the requisite flowers and materials to make your arrangement.
However, same-day bouquets can be requested. It is the customers’ understanding that same-day arrangements are made with the fresh florals we have in stock that day of. Should we not be able to accommodate a same-day request, we wil advise our customers.
For custom arrangements, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance.

Yes, same day orders can be done as long as you place your order before 11am the day of.
The only exception is we do not take same day custom orders.Please note if you place a same day order, there is an additional $5 rush fee on top of the delivery service charge as we are requesting the courier and delivery last minute.
For same-day deliveries, no requests can be made on your arrangement as we will have to use our seasonal fresh flowers delivered that day from the farm.

No refunds can be made. However, in the rare event that your flowers arranged damaged, please send us a photo within 2 hours of reception via IG DM and we will try our best to fix the issue.

You can cancel your order if you inform us 15 days in advance, prior to your delivery. This is due to the fact we have already place the order for your flowers with the local farmers.
A full refund can be made under this circumstance.
Please note all custom orders (orders made 1:1) are non-refundable.

In a case where customers claim an order was not delivered, kindly allow (24) hours for us to properly investigate the claim. Should it be determined that we failed to properly deliver the arrangement, I shall process a full refund.

You may choose to request this, however, if you request for your floral arrangement to be delivered to a concierge, front desk, hotel, restaurant, or any third-party location, please note that responsibility for the order transfers to the receiving party upon delivery. While our couriers take great care to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur after the arrangement has been handed over to the designated recipient.
By requesting so, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. We recommend ensuring that the receiving party is reliable and able to handle your arrangement with care.
It is the client's responsibility to inform the third-party recipient in advance that a floral delivery is expected and to ensure they are willing and able to accept it. Our couriers will solely to deliver the arrangement to the specified location, and we are not responsible for ensuring that the flowers reach the final recipient.If the third party refuses to accept the delivery for any reason, additional charges may apply for redelivery, as determined by the courier.

To ensure the best experience for you, we request the recipient or a representative be present during delivery. Our couriers take pride in personally handing over each bouquet. Unless specified otherwise, we refrain from leaving arrangements at the door to prevent weather-related damage or theft.
Opting to leave the arrangement by the door signifies the customer(s) accept full responsibility and liability. Neither 1827 Boutique nor our couriers will be held accountable for any damages incurred thereafter.
Upon delivery, it becomes the customer's sole responsibility to care for the arrangements.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible should a recipient refuse delivery. Please note you will be held fully liable for the cost of the product and a refund will not be issued.

Any inspirational photos provided to us serve solely as a source of inspiration. We do not replicate designs exactly as shown, but instead, reinterpret them to embody the unique style of 1827 Boutique.
